The Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Construction Authority (“Foothill Gold Line Construction Authority”) invites Prime Contractors and Small Business Enterprises to attend an Industry Workshop, taking place Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the city of Monrovia, to network and learn about upcoming business opportunities for the $1.3 billion, six-station Foothill Gold Line light rail project from Glendora to Montclair. Two significant contracts will be procured in the next 18 months by the Construction Authority for the project – (1) Utility Relocation design-bid-build contract and (2) Alignment design-build contract.

Attend the Industry Workshop to learn about the Construction Authority, the Glendora to Montclair project, upcoming business and contracting opportunities, the agency’s procurement practices and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program, and more. Information will also be available about how to become an SBE vendor.

ADMISSION IS FREE, but attendees must pre-register by Friday, May 26, 2017. Day-of, walk-in registration is not available.
